These terms govern the use of the Airluma website and all orders placed with our store. By placing an order, you fully accept these terms.

2. Products
Our products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are provided for guidance only and do not bind the seller in the event of a slight difference in color or appearance due to your screen.
Before any use, read the instructions provided carefully and follow the safety guidelines.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and include all taxes, excluding any shipping costs specified before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Products are charged at the prices in effect when your order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the site constitutes a sales contract. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or an out-of-stock item. If so, you will be refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, through our secure providers Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your banking details are encrypted and never stored by us.
Your order is only processed once payment has been confirmed.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours and delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

8. Warranty
Our products are covered by our "30-day money-back guarantee", as well as by the applicable statutory warranties. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
9. Liability
Airluma cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products or failure to follow the usage and safety instructions. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
10. Intellectual property
All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, the Airluma brand, layout) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of establishment, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence.
